I can't walk-- but before I call the doc let's do a coupla fashion shots

I hope you are alright!

Thank you, Purplesque and DKN! I was a bit exaggerating in my initial reaction, upset that I thought I could not exercise; I can walk normally, like a normal person, just not power walking a few miles a day, vigorously, like I had been doing up until the day before yesterday seven days a week. But I think I can go
on an exercise machine if I don't bend my knees too much, i.e., keep them almost straight. Also, Pilates has been good physical therapy.

I don't want to say too much more until I see the doctor Tuesday,
because I don't know without an x-ray, etc, but rest(!)
and stretching exercises help.
Oh, well I have PT today. And I've been walking on grassy surfaces, but no hills
said the PA. Doing more mat work, ankle weights, stretching, Pilates, etc.
I think at this rate I may be able to do all the walking at music camp, which is fairly athletic(I normally like that because you don't have to PLAN to exercise),
especially if I take the more grassy, less steep routes.
